To those that are worried about it, no this is not a dead account.  I have just been very busy.  I will try to get some new avatars made and uploaded for you if i have the time ^_~

Remember -Requests Are Closed-, as i do not have time to keep up with them.
That means, I do not accept commissions, I will not make a custom avatar for you.

You don't have to ask permission to use an avatar, just give credit in your journal or signature and post on ~Falln-Avatars main page that you have used it



RULES AND REGULATIONS</u>
All the avatars in my gallery - [link] are free to use on DA.
You do not have to ask my permission to use the avatars.  But you must send me a note or comment and let me know which one you are using.
If you use one of my avatars you must give me ~Falln-Avatars credit for making the avatar, either in your journal or signature.
credit given to me for making your avatar must remain in your journal or signature the entire time you use one of my avatars!!
My avatars may not be redistributed.  Meaning, you may not post them on any other sites, in any other galleries.  They are to be used as an avatar on DA only.  Unless prior permission/concent was given by me in which to use the avatar elsewhere.

I would love for you to allow me to make your artwork into avatars!  I will only do so with your permission.  So, if you are one of those wonderful artists that would allow me to turn your art into an avatar, please note me and title the note Donate
Any avatars made with donated artwork will be credited to the artist for use of the picture, with a link back to their DA gallery or web site.

I have made a new avatar gallery area.
There are some avatars i have made that DA does now allow me to post/display because of their content (because they feature anime or movie characters ect..)
SO!! For your benefit of being able to use these avatars as well, i have created a gallery for them on photobucket.com
The same rules apply to these avatars as well as the avatars in my DA gallery.  (see rules and regulations below).
