To those that are worried about it, no this is not a dead account. I have just been very busy. I will try to get some new avatars made and uploaded for you if i have the time ^_~

Requests are closed, as i do not have time to keep up with them.

You don't have to ask permission to use an avatar, just give credit and post on the main page that you have used it



RULES AND REGULATIONS
All the avatars in my gallery - [link] are free to use on DA.
You do not have to ask my permission to use the avatars. But you must send me a note or comment and let me know which one you are using.
If you use one of my avatars you must give me ~Falln-Avatars credit for making the avatar, either in your journal or signature.
credit given to me for making your avatar must remain in your journal or signature the entire time you use one of my avatars!!
My avatars may not be redistributed. Meaning, you may not post them on any other sites, in any other galleries. They are to be used as an avatar on DA only. Unless prior permission/concent was given by me in which to use the avatar elsewhere.

I have made a new avatar gallery area.
There are some avatars i have made that DA does now allow me to post/display because of their content (because they feature anime or movie characters ect..)
SO!! For your benefit of being able to use these avatars as well, i have created a gallery for them on photobucket.com
The same rules apply to these avatars as well as the avatars in my DA gallery. (see rules and regulations below).

To everyone that has properly made a request by sending me a note, i havent forgotten about you! i promise!
i have 40+ requests i am working on getting filled, plus i am busy with other things. I am currently Closed For Requests, until i can get caught up on what i already have to do

for some reason some of my non animated avatars have uploaded to be a file size bigger than DA allows for avatars. If anyone notices any avatars that are bigger file sized than what should be, please let me know so i can fix it. thank you!

I am willing to put your name/nickname/user name on most avatars in my gallery, just ask.
When noting me about an avatar, please do not be vague. Tell me exactly what kind of avatar you want, what you want it to do, what colors to use, and give me links to any images you want in it. i will not go web surfing to find images to make into your avatar, i dont have the time for it.
It is unlikely that i will, but i do reserve the right to turn down any requests made for whatever reason i see fit.
If you make a request, please be patient. I am a very busy person and i may not have the chance to fill your request right away. But unless i say otherwise, i will get your request to you as soon as possible.
